How has Mary Kate Olsen got her hair like this?

I think she has a naturally wavy/curly hair. every sice she's been a teenager with long hair, its always looked like that. even when she straightens it, you can still see a slight wave which indicates her hair is naturaly wavy. (MY OPINION)
