Hello, my mother was hit by an 18 wheeler yesterday on her commute to work. She has 4 broken ribs and is bruised and cut up pretty bad. Within two hours of being in the hospital, tax adjusters from the drivers insurance company came by to talk to her in her intensive care room. Im not really sure what they said because I wasn't there yet, but it really gets me nervous they responded so quickly. Just wondering if anyone has ever been in similar situations, and if we should get an attorney or just take whatever his insurance company offers. Honda 1985 200m won't start?

I have a old honday 200m three wheeler and the pull starter cam off. Easy fix, just buy a new battery and pop it in. The battery worked for about a week or so, and when I wnt to start my three wheeler, the green nuetral light wouldn't come on soh I couldn't start it. Charged the battery, and it worked. A couple of times i'd be out riding and turn it off to stop and look at something and this would happen. I would have to roll it home.. it would also happen when I would drive up to my house, go inside for maybe 20 minutes and come out & try to start it and it wouldn't work.could it be over heating? It wasn't on a hot day I don't think. Maybe 85 degreese ferhenite. Please help, as this isgetting very annoying, and I don't feel safe riding anymore. The manual also dosnt help very much. I live in Chennai, India. Very accident prone place. I am constantly worried about my husband and my safety, as we use a two wheeler (bike), which is accident prone. OK so I rode a 750 a couple days ago, and found either my hand is too small, or I'm not gripping the throttle correctly, because when I squeezed the break I also revved the throttle alot, and eventually wound up laying the bike down. From what I've observed in movies and tv shows, Americans of all social classes have a car (those with some income, of course) and it's not like they graduate from a two-wheeler to a car. Big problem on street?

Then the day before the last day of b ball camp after it was over and she and i were leaving i said see ya tomorrow and she said something like "OK don't hurt yourself" or something like that i really didn't understand her. I think she said that because i rode 4 wheelers to camp that day and every day of camp when i leave i would go real fast and speed off to my house so i think that's why she said don't kill yourself or something of that sort.Then the last day she would say some more things to me she thought that she had to make three baskets to win but it was really two. Then when she lost she was like "I didn't know i had to make three Ean" (Ean is my name) and she didn't say it to be mean she said it really nicely. In eigth grade, I was separated from all my real friends and they all went to different schools and just distanced themselves and I no longer talk to them. In ninth grade, with only 800 people in my school (first year) I don't have ANY real friends. Would this open another door for even more open wheel drivers and their fans, and how do you think the loyal Nascar community will take it? okay, I've asked a few questions about this on my old account. Its not 100% original because a lot of people like the whole "demon half person crap." My story is the typical "Fantasy/Adventure with a SPRINKLE Of comic humor and romance (between side characters) Im not one for gushy romance. Unlessitsyaoi.LOL. Anyway. The story is called Resonance. Basically Xavier a 17 year old, who lives in a small town and attempted to forget everything and try to live a normal life. He succeed so far for 6months, until he met Him... Indigo. The idiot foreigner. He dragged him onto a stupid "quest" for his stolen backpack. When finally getting rid of him he thinks he's done. Next day comes and he can't help but drag himself to save Indigo when he gets kiddnapped by the Imfamous DR, or Dragon Raiders. After that "stupid descision" his whole life changed for good. There goes leading a normal life......... --------------_____--------- So yeah the whole story is in 1ST person. Again i can't do summarys. Im horrible... I mostly wanted to write a story with this OC i made years ago (of corse i did a LOT of changes....) Plus I've always loved fantasy stories and demons and dragons and swords and whatnot. Basically the antigonist is the 'Dragon Raiders' they are kinda like a gang. They use to be a group who kill dragons in towns. But then a leader took over and turned them into killers and murders. more info: in the dream i was working at an old job and then i went to a convenience store for some reason, and the guy running it said he knew who i was and that he wanted to kill my baby so he attacked me and repeatedly tried to punch my stomach but i was able to protect the baby and get away but he sent a bunch of other gang members after me and just when i would think i was safe a new one would try to kill my baby.. what does this mean? here in reality I've been disputing with the baby's father over whether or not he's going to be able to see the baby. (my reasons for saying no is becuase he decided to get back on some pretty bad drugs and I'm not going to let him see my son without him being clean because the drugs make him freak out) anyway, could my reality somehow trigger this dream?

We just moved to a neighborhood a few months ago, and there's a boy my son's age across the street. They play occasionally, and the other day he came over and rang the bell and asked my son to come out. My son had no sooner gotten on his shoes and walked out the door then the boy's dad called him and he took off running home--no "goodbye" "see ya later" "my dad's calling" "kiss my ***" NOTHING. The kid just took off. My son has been tentatively diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (full testing isn't until August) and when this happened, his little face just crumpled. This other boy also has a friend who goes to the same school as this neighbor boy, and a few weeks ago he came over and asked to borrow my son's four-wheeler, but said (not in so many words) that he didn't feel like playing with my son. Are these children rude, or do you think they're normal kids (ages 8 and 10) and I'm just being overly sensitive and judgmental because my son has special needs? My husband thinks I'm overreacting, but I think these childrens' behavior was exceptionally rude. Even my boys (who are FAR from perfect) would have at least said bye, I can't play now, or something to that effect before running home. What do you think?

Yes.. I am a trucker in south Louisiana...If you get arrested for D.W.I. and you go to court and you are found not guilty or charges dropped due to lack of evidence you can still drive. BUT !!!!.....You seriously need to get the arrest record expunged because most trucking companies will find EVERYTHING on your arrest record. Sometimes that will factor in if you get a job with certain companies or not,just a simple arrest record..conviction or not. A cop can arrest you on completely B.S. charges whether or not they have any evidence on you...but the arrest remains there. If you beat it get your lawyer to expunge it ....Hammer Down... if not, I hope you got a damn a good lawyer that knows what up the BEARS sleeves.

do we relly need to switch on the headlights while driving at nights in a street lit by street lights. i think i can drive better without ,as the powerful headlights of the cars and even the two wheelers are blinding me.so i have to drive carefully and slowly as the pedesterians are not visible.this happens both in single lane and double lane roads.may be we can switch it on in dark lanes.

In that price range you are going to be looking for a late 90s or early 00s Quad. You maybe able to find a Honda TRX300 or a Yamaha Warrior 350 in that price range. Those are both 4-strokes if you can't find something like that you could get a Polaris Trailblazer 250 2-stroke and it would have close to the same power. If you want a 4x4 you will probably not find anything in that price range.

16 yr old needing some girl advice.?
