Fraternal Twins are Actually Identical?!?

Does anyone themselves have, know someone who has, or has heard of someone who has twins (same gender) who look completely different, but are actually identical? I know that Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen are apparently fraternal, even though they look very much alike, but I am wondering about it being the other way around.
