What's up with him????????? please help ?

Ok well last summer me and this dude stayed on the phone and texted each other all summer but when school started back he would smile and agravate me all the time but this summer he ignores me I can text him and he won't text back but then I was at my sibling's ball practice and he lives across from the field and he rode his dirt bike but then he got off and stared at me but then he started back riding he has asked if I could go four wheeler riding with him (last summer) but now he ignores me. And I know I am repeating a lot of stuff over but I just really like him and I want to know what's going on so please just tell the truth and serious answers only please
